Aum Dharma Bee Quiz Competition 2026

Aum School is organizing a quiz on Ramayana designed for students in grade 1 to grade 8. The purpose of organizing the quiz is to introduce our culture and help our students to learn about dharma and lead a dharmic life. Catch them young so that they imbibe the spirit that they will carry for the rest of their lives.
There will be four different grade categories: Level 1: Gr 1st and 2nd; Level 2: Gr 3rd and 4th; Level 3: Gr 5th and 6th and Level 4: Gr 7th and 8th.
The quiz competition has 4 levels. In the first level the students have to take an online test to pass. The questions are picked randomly from a question bank that has questions from all Kandas of Ramayana. In the second level, the students have to complete an activity like chanting a sloka or drawing a scene from Ramayana or one of the characters in Ramayana. In the third level, the students will compete in a quiz either in person or online (monitored). Those students who qualify for the finals will go to New Jersey for the finals. The parents of students who are selected for the finals will be notified and given sufficient time to plan their travel.
Registration is open now. Last date of registration is 01/15/2026.
Quiz dates will be:
Round 1 (Online): Jan 18 to 31
Round 2 (Activity): Jan 18 to 31
Round 3 (Regionals): Feb 22 to 28
Round 4 (National): Apr 18 to 19.
The competition will not run in Arizona, Connecticut, Maryland, North Dakota, Nebraska, and Tennessee due to state laws.
